After a crazy shoot at The Birdcage nightclub photographing drag queens, I flew done to Cardiff to photograph Scottish & Southern Energy’s annual innovation awards do at SWALEC stadium.
I was asked to photograph the normal mix of glad-handing and people catching up, whilst photographing the winner’s with a representation of their idea that will be used for in-house promotional posters.
A great evening that was dragged out by queuing in grid-locked traffic caused by a million Take That fans leaving a concert. I finally got back to the hotel just after 11, then spent the next hour editing the pictures from the day onto disc ready to hand over in the morning. [svgallery name="SSE Innovations"]
