After giving you all just a few quick teasers over the past couple of weeks, I thought I’d show you one of my last jobs with Phil Barber as a second wedding photographer was with the fantastic Emma & Steve. You can check out Phil’s pictures here. The ceremony took place at St James’ in Manston and even with the odd dribble of rain was a beautiful occasion. The reception was a short while away at the fantastic Woodlands hotel in Leeds. The day started off at their home where me and Phil both picked up on all the details of Emma getting ready, and then I hopped over to the church to scoop some pictures of Steve and his best men.
Details of Emma’s dress.

The photographer’s favourite; a bunch of beautiful flowers that stays put.

Emma, her mum and bridesmaid getting a little bit emotional.

The boys looking good in true gangster style.

Emma & Steve’s rings; there’s not many times you can the rings to fit into each other like this.

This is good old Ken, the chauffeur, making sure Emma’s dress doesn’t get dirty

Confetti! I think this is the only reason a lot of people come to weddings, there’s always plenty of eager guests who can’t wait to shower the happy couple.
